In order to control a draught animal it is necessary to attach straps to its head, so that it can be steered and guided. The martingale is only one of these straps, the most imperceptible of all the halters, the one that prevents the cavalry from raising its head too high. And if I tell you that only flour, eggs and milk make good dough, will you tell me that it has to be cooked with love or that you have to hit the dough very hard to make it soft?.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
